Adoption Process
Fill out our adoption application
You’ll find the form below. Interested in more than one cat? No problem — one application is all you need.
We’ll review your application
We’ll go over your responses and get in touch within 72 hours to answer any questions and discuss next steps.
Come meet the cat
You’ll visit us in person to spend some time with the cat you’re interested in and see if it’s a good fit.
Complete the adoption
If it’s a match, we’ll send you a link to finalize the adoption paperwork and submit the fee. We accept PayPal, cash, debit and credit cards.
Take your cat home
Once everything’s set, we’ll provide any available vet records — and you’ll be ready to take your new feline friend home!

Not Ready to Adopt — But Still Want to Help?
You don’t have to adopt to make a difference. If you’re not in a place to give a cat a forever home, you can still change lives by becoming a foster or volunteer with Catty Shack Rescue and Sanctuary!
Fostering is a short-term commitment that makes a long-term impact — it gives cats a safe, loving space while they wait for adoption. Whether you can help for a few days or a few weeks, we’ll provide the supplies and support — you provide the comfort and care.
